This
machine, simple and strong, is perfectly aimed at supplying power to winding
machines for springs, torsion and bending machines, etc. Two rotors (heads) turn
in opposite directions and prevent the wire from being subdued to torsions. Four
rollers permit the fast shifting among the production machines without
endangering the stability. It can be quickly set up thanks to five hard metal
straightening elements (pods) per head, which are suitable for the whole
diametric range varying from 0.3mm to 1.6mm (1.3-3.5 per R30). A variator of
expanding pulleys for a variation ratio of 1:5 allows the wire to proceed at a
speed suited to the utilizer machine requisites. The use of an inverter allows
the machine to work both at 380 volt and at 220 volt and to reset the rotation
speed of the heads through a potentiometer. The access to the
machine is immediate, as the service is simple.

MODEL (iperbolic rules)
This
machine, simple and robust, lends very well to feed machines for springs,
etc… two rotors turn in opposite sense, so avoiding that the thread
undergos torsions. Four small wheels allow the quick shifting between the
machine of production without compromising the stability. it can be tuning
quickly thanks to five hyperbolic rollers for rotors, which suit all the
diameter range from 2.5 mm at 7.5 mm. The access to the car is immediate,
then how the manual-operation is simple.
