This
machine, simple and strong, is perfectly aimed at the production of little
bars with a diameter max. of 1.5 mm and a length max. of 4000 mm (a
measure limited by the length of the storage tank). Two rotors (heads)
turn in opposite directions and prevent the wire from being subdued to
torsions. It can be quickly set up thanks to five hard metal straightening
elements (pods) per head, which are suitable for the whole diametric range
varying from 0.3mm to 1.5mm. Two pressure elements allow the wire to
proceed. A speed variator with a variation ratio of 1:9 allows the wire to
proceed at a speed suited to the utilizer machine requisites. The use of
an inverter allows the machine to work both at 380 volt and at 220 volt
and to reset the rotation speed of the heads through a potentiometer. The
access to the machine is
immediate, as the service is simple.
