This is the ideal machine to straighten, cut and bevel on both sides, through a grinding action, little bars with a length min. of 60mm. and max. of 250 mm, and a diameter min of 1.5 - max 3.5 mm. At first, the wire is straightened by two rotors (heads) which turn in opposite directions and prevent the wire from being subdued to torsions. Later the straightened wire is cut in a closed bush and then moved to the transfer group, composed by 3 screws without ending, which transport the wire to the grinding wheels for the sharpening/bevelling.
The dust and the material residues are gathered by a powerful aspirator set outside the machine (supplied on request).
