This is the ideal machine to straighten, cut and bevel, through a grinding action, little bars with a length max. of 200 mm and a diameter min of 0.7 - max of 2.0 mm (1.5-3.5 per RTP350). The wire, straightened by a rotor, is cut in a closed bush and then moved to the transfer group, composed by 3 screws without ending, which transport the wire to the grinding wheel for the bevelling.
The dust and the material residues are gathered by a powerful aspirator set inside the machine.
