This machine is aimed at the production of wire and strip springs of  complex execution. The max. shearing pressure is 7 tons , and it has the possibility to shear even the most intractable materials. The working of the springs is made with the utilization of 6 slides, free to move along a crown for 360°, and of an arm for the frontal stroke. The machine processing can be followed and controlled thanks to the electronic control system indicating failures, consumption and production in real time. The machine can be equipped with a thermic set to heat the wire in order to permit the working of special materials (phosphorus copper).
