This machine is aimed at the production of wire and strip springs of  complex execution. The max. shearing pressure is 30 tons, and it has the possibility to shear even the most intractable materials. The working of the springs is made with the utilization of 6 slides,  and of an arm for the frontal stroke. The machine processing can be followed and controlled thanks to the electronic control system indicating failures, consumption and production in real time. The machine can be equipped with a thermic set to heat the wire in order to permit the working of special materials (phosphorus copper).The block of the material can be oleodinamic on demand.
